Wake up early!!! 
Yes it may seem cliche, but this does really have benefits. Waking early can boost your Hormones and help start the day off fresh and lively. 
Note: 
DO NOT HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON. 
Why? Because hitting the snooze button resets your brains sleeping pattern.

FOOD (Samples) Breakfast: 🙃A slice of toast and (1 Tbls) of Peanut butter, with grape fruit on the side. 🌻Blueberries and Wheatabix. 🌹Greek yougurt with strawberries. Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day, so make sure you eat it. Lunch: 🤖Tuna sandwich/Brown bread. 🍃Salad 😒 🍵Soup Dinner: 🍳Omelette, with tomatoes, mushrooms and ham. Maybe some cheese. 🎲Salmon and boiled egg with asparagus. Snack: 🍫Chocolate (If your on a diet, minimise it or cut it out. But treat yourself! You deserve it) 🍒Fruits! 🍘 Nuts.
DRINK (Samples) Too drink: Drink at least 8 cups of water per day, or if you have a litre bottle, Drink 2 Litres or more per day. It may seem like loads but it flushes the system, is great for the skin and prevents water retention. Green tea, Lemon green tea is lovely, you can buy them from any of you local shops/stores. They have lots of flavours and vitamin boosting ones, give them a try they are super healthy and are of Chinese remedy to help burn belly days and flush out any anti-oxidants in the body. Great for detoxing. Avoid: Sugary/Fizzy drinks and Alcohol.
Indulge in a hobby, whether it be Art, Drama, Baking/Cookery, Sports, Gym/Classes, or Music. Find something your good at, or want to do, or develope new skills and find your own talent, sometimes we have hidden talents ... It's up too yourself to find them.

PUT. THE PHONE. DOWWWN! 
Yes I'm being serious. Cutting out the usage of mobile phones increases the hormone endorphins and helps to reduce stress. Mobiles are a big factor of our stresses and strains, especially on the eyes and brain, give it a break even for an hour and socialise with the family.

Cut out the usage of electronics and mobiles, especially before bed time, because virtually every device we own, has light-emitting diodes that give off blue wavelength light. And it’s that blue wavelength light that wreaks havoc on our body’s melatonin production- which is is known as the ‘darkness hormone’ because it tells the body that it is nighttime. In diurnal species, like humans, melatonin signals sleep and the body prepares to switch from daytime to nighttime mode. This is why phones make us feel more awake, and alert... So guys do your brain, eyes and thumbs a favour, SLEEP.
