Tonight I met a woman with healthy long hair past her butt. She told me TIPS on how she grew her hair. Therefore let's hope these TIPS help YOU! Good luck! ❤️💆
1. You only shampoo your hair once a week. I know you're gonna freak because you think oily greasy hair. You can still wash your hair but only with Conditioner. Try wash your hair every 2-3 days. Between washes you can use Dry Shampoo. Apparently Shampoo has harsh chemicals and it causes split ends!

2. Brush your hair with a wide comb! But if you are needing to brush your hair with a normal brush then start from the bottom and work your way up slowly and gently. I recommend to use wide comb instead.

3. Honestly if you have bad split ends defiantly go to an hair salon and get them trimmed off. No point trying to grow your hair out if you have split ends.

4. Try to stay away from heat tools as much as possible. I know the struggle is real. If you are really needing to use heat tools please use heated protected spray. Take in mind you can still risk getting split ends.

5. Colouring Hair is the worse thing you could do while trying to maintain your healthy long hair. Stay away as it has harsh chemicals! Everyone looks beautiful with their Natural Hair Colour! If you already have permanently coloured hair just let it grow out!

10. Most Shampoos and Conditioners contain sulfates and silicone which strips your hair and can dry your hair out. So watch what you buy and look for products with out these harsh chemicals.
