As much as we love styling our hair it's best to stay away from heat tools as it causes so much damage and split ends. I recommend to only use it on special occasions. If you want to style your hair use a good quality heat protector spray. I only straighten my side fringes.

Let your hair air dry naturally. I know the struggle is real. I notice the difference when I stopped blow drying my hair. Blow drying again causes split ends because you have wet hair, frizziness, dries out your hair and makes your hair knotty.

TOWELS & COTTON PILLOWS
Drying your hair wet with a towel damages your hair to switch to an old t-shirt and pat dry.
