Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

IngredientsHalf a cup of strawberries, fresh or frozenHalf of a banana, fresh 1/4 cup of vanilla whey powderHalf a cup of orange juiceSmall handful of ice
DirectionsPlace all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth, approximately 1-2 min. If you find that you are having trouble blending it, add a dash more orange juice at a time until it can blend. Once blended, enjoy! You can drink it immediately, save it in the fridge for up to a day, or freeze it into healthy Popsicles.
