Strawberry, Blueberry & Raspberry Smoothie
Healthy, tasty smoothie. Half the pack of strawberries, Half the pack of raspberries, Quarter the pack of blueberries, Low-fat/fat-free plain natural yoghurt, 2-3 cups of milk, Ice cubes. (I don't measure my ingredients, I just put how much I think I want/need) 1) wash the strawberries and cut them in half and put them in the blender. 2) wash the raspberries and blueberries and put them in the blender also. 3) add about 6-8 tablespoons of the plain natural yoghurt. 4) add your milk but not to much as the smoothie should have a thick texture. 5) add a few ice cubes then blend. enjoy 🎈
