Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes

Delicious easy to make cupcakes! Bake cupcakes with yellow cake mix. Let cool. Hollow out a hole in the center of the cupcake. Mash up sliced strawberries with a pinch of granulated sugar. Scoop into center. Top off with whipped cream for frosting and a strawberry garnish. Enjoy 😊
