Stuffed Bell Peppers

What you need:
4 bell peppers (any color)
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 packets of cheese (mozzarella & cheddar)
2.5 pounds of ground beef or turkey
1 can of tomato paste
3 tbs of vegetable oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
1 packet of Sazon (in most Spanish isles)
Adobo
First preheat oven to 375. Then take your 4 clean bell peppers and cut around the top (take off top) then hollow out your peppers with a spoon.
Prep for the meat.
First put vegetable oil in med size pot on low med heat. Cut up your onion into small square pieces & garlic. Put both into pot.
Let onion and garlic simmer for 12 sec & add your ground beef or turkey. Add seasoning as desired. Cook meat thoroughly for 23-30 min. Once meat is fully cooked take a spoon & spoon your meat into prepared bell peppers. Add cheese on top of each pepper to your liking then put peppers on a square pan
Then into the oven for another 20 min or until cheese on top is golden brown or to your liking. Then take peppers out the oven and serve with rice or potatoes & enjoy!
