Stuffed Peppers!

Stuffed Peppers!
1) Take the seeds out of the bell peppers. 2) Mix ingredients for the stuffing (anything you want): ½ lb ground turkey 1 small onion, chopped fine 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 C raisins 1 teaspoon each cumin and cinnamon 1 C cooked brown rice 1 1/2 C low-sodium tomato juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint 1 tsp freshly grated orange zest Salt and pepper
Grill the peppers and stuff!
