Summer Detox Water Recipe

First get ur favourite cup. I would recommend using a glass one so once ur done you can see all the colourful fruit when your drinking it :)

Cut up some fruit into thin slices or pieces. For the summer flavour use kiwis, strawberries and Lemons. Then put them in the glass (for best results fill the glass up 1/3 with fruit).

Fill to top of the glass with water and put it in the fridge. Leave in for 2-5 hours (depends how strong u want the flavour to be).

Then take out, add some ice cubes, a cute straw and enjoy! :) Detox water is really good for you cause it clears out u system and cleanses ur body, helps give u clear skin, strengthens and improves digestive function and your immune system, is overall really healthy and also tastes so yummy :)
