Summer Workout Plan! Week One Starting June 1!

Get the body of your dreams! If you stick with my work out regime I guarantee you'll see results!

Run Run Run
Welcome to week one of summer workout plan! First part is running.
8:00 am - run for a mile! Try running the whole mile if you can but its ok if you need to run! Be sure to stretch your heart out!
4:00 pm- guess what you're doing??? Running again! You're doing the exact same thing but in the afternoon so be sure to hydrate and eat plenty of fruit before! And be sure to put on sunscreen! 😊

Light weight lifting
After your 8 am run we're going to do a light weight lifting work out! If you don't have weights that's ok! Just do them without the weights but the results won't be as fast!
Round one-
5 push ups
8 squats
7 lunges on each leg
~repeat three times~

Heavy weight lifting
This is after your afternoon run! Be sure to start out slow and this is where it gets intense!
8 butterfly bridge + chest press
8 dumbbell pullover
8 side to side lunge + front shoulder raise
8 reverse fly
~note~ only lift weights for Monday through Thursday!
Run Monday through Friday!
