Tip 1- EAT CLEAN! Try taking some time off of junk food! You all have abs but if u eat too much junk they will be hidden under your fat!
Tip 2- CARDIO! Like I mentioned you need to get rid of excess fat to see you abs! Cardio burns that fat. If you never do cardio it doesn't matter how many crunches you do you will never see results!
Best moves to work your abs in many different ways:
1. sit ups
2.crunches
3.leg lifts
4.heel touches
5.toe touches
6.plank
Do each move as much as you can as many times as you can! GOOD LUCK❤️💋
