Super Cheap Eyeliner, Better Than Super High End Brands (Dior, MAC)

This eyeliner can be found at Shoppers Drug Mart in the Essence cosmetics section. The best part about this eyeliner is that it's under $5! In my opinion, this brand of eyeliner is better than any other brand of eyeliner I've ever used, and it doesn't break the bank! (It's even better than MAC!)
