Super Easy Homemade Bath Salts

What you will need: 

-3 cups Epsom Salt
-1 cup course Sea Salt 
-1/4 cup Baking soda
-Your favorite essential oil (make sure they are safe for the skin. Ie. lavender, eucalyptus..etc)
-Food coloring of your choice
-Freezer grade ziploc bag
-Waxpaper
- Glass or metal containers     --->
What you will need:

Place all ingredients in the ziploc bag and shake well until well coated. (How much essential oil depends on how strong a scent you prefer. I usually do 10 drops. Food coloring also add to your preference. I usually leave that out and leave my salts white. :) --->

Place your bath salts over wax paper and let dry to avoid clumping. Store them in a glass or metal container. --->

Benefits of bath salts:

Relaxing, detoxifying, sooths tired muscles and reduces inflammation. Baking soda is added to soften the water and relieve skin irritation. Essential oils also provide different benefits depending on which ones you used. :) I love lavender. So relaxing! :)
