there is a super easy way to make your hair grow longer in a month
this is called the inversion method. this can only be done once a month for 7 days. if done longer it will not work.
step one: warm up some olive oil in a microwave or boil some water and place a little container of olive oil into the water.
step two: massage the oil into your scalp only in sections.
stand or sit in a position that is most comfortable for you as long as your head is inverted upside down. you must stay like this for 4 minutes.
perfect! now you need to wait 2 hours before you wash out the oil.
wash your hair from the oil
do this for seven day straight once a month. and you should see results. some women who have done this have gotten one inch in a week!!!!!
