Super Fast And Super Tasty Chocolate Cake In A Mug

This cake in a mug takes less than 5 minutes to make - perfect for a late night cake craving!! So easy to make you really can't go wrong! What you'll need: 2 tablespoons of self raising flour 2 tablespoons of caster sugar 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 1 egg 1 tablespoon of milk 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil

Add the flour, caster sugar and cocoa to a mug. Mix well, then add the egg and mix again until combines. Make sure you get the floury bits at the bottom of the mug!! Add the milk and mix. Finally, add the sunflower oil and mix again. The more you mix the more air gets into the mixture and your cake will be nice and light. Pop in the microwave for 2 - 2 1/2 min depending on wattage - mine is 700W and I only need 2 min for them to be perfect! Careful when it finishes cooking, give it a couple of minutes to cool as it will be very hot!! Then.....ENJOY!! 🍰
