Swedish Salmon Soup

Made this the other night and it was delish!
6 small skinless salmon filets cut into 1 inch slices. 4 potatoes dices, 1 sm can of tomato sauce, 1 pint of whipping cream, fresh dill , pepper and a couple of pads of butter. Put on low in crock pot.
