THE SIDE LEG LIFT
THE SIDE LEG LIFT Lie on your left side, with your left knee slightly bent, and your right leg extended straight out on top of it, heel flexed. Raise your right leg up and down five times, and each time you lift, contract your PCs. Now, move your right leg so it's slightly in front of your left leg; lift and lower five times. Repeat again with your right leg positioned slightly behind your left leg. Do three sets, then switch sides.
