Use a dark colored gel pen and draw your design on your piece of paper

Select where you want your tattoo

Get your cloth wet with warm water

Use your cloth and dab the paper on your skin

Peal off the edge to see if your tattoo is sticking yet. If not keep holding warm cloth to it till it does

Gently rinse and voila
