By now you have likely heard "abs are made in the kitchen and maintained in the gym" or something along those lines. Believe it or not many people believe that healthy eating isn't important, they're wrong. It's vital to GOOD weight loss.
Ps: don't tell yourself that you're 'dieting'. As we all know, diets generally don't work and people end out eating NOTHING! Think of it as healthy eating and cutting out sugary/salty/fatty snacks etc. Eating good food (and lots of it) will make you reach your goals!
