You will need:
1 ripe frozen banana
1/3 cup of milk (your choice) or water
1 table spoon of chocolate syrup
You can alternate this recipe to make it more work out friendly by adding:
1 table spoon of peanut butter
1 scoop of chocolate flavored protein mix
This will make the perfect milk shake in under a minute!
