The Best Spicy Mac'n'cheese

Ingredients:
Macaroni elbows
Flour
Butter
Mustard powder
Ground chilli
Turmeric
Cheese
Milk
Directions:
Sauce- melt your butter in the microwave. Once fully melted whisk in your flour, turmeric, chilli and mustard powder. Once it forms a round dough, add milk and whisk until a smooth consistency. Put sauce in microwave for 3 minutes. Add milk and whisk. Repeat this step at least twice before adding your cheese.
Once you are happy with the taste, consistency, and texture put a side.
Pasta- boil your macaroni elbows for at least 12 minutes (time may vary) once soft enough drain and put aside
Mix in your drained pasta with your spicy, cheesy sauce. Pour your pasta into a oven proof dish, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15-30 minutes until golden brown
If you want bacon and onion through your yummy dish, while your pasta is cooking and your sauce is in the microwave, caramelise your onion and bacon and once cooked stir it in with your sauce and follow the steps as usual!
