The "Name" Workout ๐ช๐ผ๐ฆ

All these workouts are designed to BURN FAT and build muscle.
Make sure you take a break between your first and last name, add your middle name for a challenge!
You can make simpler substitutions to fit your level of difficulty, instead of pushups you can do the modified pushups. Or if you want to focus on legs, replace crunches with jumping jacks.
