The RIGHT Way To Wash Your Face

1⃣: Wash your face with warm water and a mild cleanser and pat (not rub) dry with a clean towel.

2⃣: Apply toner and wait for it to dry. Toner is especially useful for those with oily skin.

3⃣: Apply any topical medications such as acne or wrinkle treatment. Focus on the blemished spot, not your whole face.

4⃣: Apply eye cream or serum and let dry. This will help to prevent collagen damage.

5⃣: Apply moisturizer*. Drying out skin will actually cause it to produce more oil.
*Adding moisturizer last locks on active ingredients and helps products be more effective in repairing your skin.

(These next two steps are for mornings only; never apply sunscreen or makeup at night, it will clog your pores causing you to break out.)
6⃣: Apply sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

7⃣: Apply makeup primer and/or foundation and continue to proceed with the rest of your makeup routine.
TIPS:
➡️Change your pillow case weekly and use a fresh towel to avoid contaminating your face.
➡️Hair products with silicones and plastic gels clog your pores if they get on your skin. Try shielding your forehead with your hand when using hair products.
TIPS CONTINUED:
➡️Make sure to avoid your face when spritzing perfume. Also, avoid your hair. Alcohol dries out hair and makes it frizzy.
