-They have chemicals and artificial things that your body isn't naturally supposed to consume
Exercise!
-Being fit will always increase overall health!
-At least 30 min of cardio a day to get our metabolism going.
Stay away from health fads like plant extracts and pills, they just don't work.
Be confident in yourself, and stick to it.
