The Secret Of Getting A Perfect Brownie Sundae😱

Ingredients;

-Ice cream
-Brownies
-Whipped cream
-Maraschino cherries (optional)
-Sauce
-4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
-2/3 cup boiling water
-6 tablespoons corn syrup
-3 tablespoons butter
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
Method

Melt the chocolate with butter over low heat in a medium saucepan.

Add boiling water to melted chocolate and blend well before adding corn syrup and sugar. Mix well with a rubber spatula. Bring mixture to boil while stirring constantly.

Simmer until mixture thickens slightly high should take about nine minutes. Remove from heat and cool fifth-teen minutes.

Make your favorite brownie recipe and let the brownies cool. For each serving split the brownie and place the halves in a bowl. Top with a largish scoop of favorite ice cream, vanilla is preferred, but any favorite flavor would work.

Top the ice cream and brownie with the warm Fudge Sauce or any favorite warm fudge sauce. You can cheat and use a good quality purchased fudge sauce. Be sure the sauce is gently warmed so the sauce will cause the ice cream to slightly melt and ooze down into the brownie. This is what makes this sundae so yummy. Warm fudge sauce, melting ice cream and of course the brownie.

Place all brownies either on a plate/ bowl or in an tall sundae glass. Drizzle some more sauce over the top and maybe add more chocolates such as Mars Bars, Milky Bars, Reece's or even CandyCorn.
