Depending on your length & thickness of hair, use your discretion on amt. of olive oil. Mix about 1tsp. pure tea tree oil (yes it's strong but worth it) heat in microwave for about 50sec depending on microwave. Fill sink with hot H2O to keep warm

Continued...take brush like the one shown. In a painting motion, start with your top roots 1st & do the rest in sections. Wrap your hair in a towel & depending on the severity of dry hair/scalp keep hair wrapped no longer than 10min.

When washing your hair out, use products like in the picture. Make sure the product is sulfate free. Rinse with cooler H2O(locks in moisture). I suggest air drying your hair but not completely dry before styling w/blow dryer & straightener. This tip helped me hope it does for you 😘❤️👍
