These 5 Simple Tips For A Great Night Sleep!
1. Make sure your room is cold! The ideal temperature for sleep is somewhere between 60 and 68 degrees F, so make sure your rooms chilly!❄️
2. Make sure your room is as quiet as possible, exposure to things like traffic noise has been shown to decrease overall sleep quality. It’s hard to drift off when people are arguing and blaring their horns outside your place.
3. Make sure your room is really dark! Even a tiny amount of light can interfere with melatonin production and impair your sleep.
4. Make sure your phone is away from your pillow as radiation emitted from phones can increase the amount of time required to reach deep sleep cycles and decrease the amount of time spent in those cycles.
5. Read 15 minuets before bed, as reading makes you sleep and relaxed which makes it easier to get to sleep!💤
