Even though my goal was to lose body fat, and not necessarily drop pounds I did lose 8 pounds that week.

I've been drinking one shot (shot glass) of apple cider vinegar in the morning along with a cold bottle of water.
I Haven't changed my eating habits or my daily activity. However, I do feel less sluggish throughout the day.
It's the best 3 dollars I've ever spent!
