For perfect cakes and cupcakes make sure that your butter, milk and eggs are at room tempture
Milk - To bring milk to room tempture place in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Butter. If you've forgot to leave your butter out to come to room tempture don't fare. Measure out the amount you need and microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Eggs - if you're like me and keep your eggs in the fridge to bring them to room tempture when backing submerge them in hot water from the tap/ foset for 1-2 mins and vola you're eggs are now room tempture.
