Tips On Loosing Weight.
Don't eat fast food, it has LOTS of oils and fats in them to make the taste better... Even the salads!
don't watch TV, look at the computer (etc) when eating. Because your brain gets distracted and allowed you to eat more. If you concentrate on what your eating, you'll feel full quicker and that will prevent extra weight gain.
exercise as well, this will get rid of all the extra flesh and skin. You will have stretch marks, so get some sort of cream to help remove them
take it slow, any major weight loss in a short time will effect your body by making you have fappy skin.. Etc
Drink plenty of water. No calories are in water.
Replace 1 chocolate bar a day for cucumber. Cucumber has the least calories and will make you feel full, without gaining any weight
