Tips To Make You Feel Great About Yourself!!!!
1. Love yourself Yes, I know it sounds cheesy, but feel good about yourself!!! Treat yourself right and be nice to your body.
2. Drink your fruits A Vitamix 3600 blender is one of the best investments I've made!!! I use it every day to make smoothies and have slimmed down because of it!!
3. Exfoliate your hair Deep conditioners are great for frizzed, dry hair. Also, apply Moroccan Oil to your hair before you go to sleep!
4. Work out Exercise makes you feel great! Yes, yes, I know, sweating feels disgusting, but it flushes out toxins from your body and makes you feel amazing!
5. Treat yourself Treat yourself to an ice cream cone, or a fun shopping trip sometimes. It will make you feel happy and social, which feels great!
6. Spa day Who doesn't love spa days? Give yourself a hot bath with salts, a homemade facial, and a foot massage!! It will relieve you of stress and tension and relax you!
7. Count your calories Counting calories can help lose a little weight. Add a zero to your goal weight, and you have your amount of recommended calories for the day! Don't do this too much, because it could result in becoming underweight.
8. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF DO NOT, I SAY, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!! Please, I really mean this. Don't under eat. This could become a habit, which could lead to anorexia, which is incredibly hard to cure!!! Love yourself for who you are!!!!!
9. Dance!!! Throw yourself a dance party!!! Sure, it's a little weird,( or a lot weird) but it's fun and loosens you up!!👯💃
