Using face wash is very simple and it will greatly help you with your battle against oil back-up in your pores.

You don’t want to overuse it to the point to where your skin stops responding. You also don’t want to rarely use it and not get everything out of it that you can.
- When you are using the face scrub, be sure you get your hair out of your face the best way you can. Pull it back and put it up so your face has no hair in it at all.
- Wet your face before you apply your face wash.
- Spread your face wash all over your face and massage it gently into your skin. You should never scrub your face too hard as this will make your skin worse. Spend extra time on the problem areas of your face which may be the T-zone, your cheeks, chin, etc.
- Always pat your face dry when once your rinse your face with water. If you rub your skin with the towel, it’s can give you wrinkles!
- Close your pores by splashing cool water onto your face. This isn’t something you need to do but it’s a good option that you have.
- To keep your skin from drying after using a face wash you should apply an oil free moisturizer after you are done with your face wash.
Wash your sheets and pillowcases at least once a week to wash away oil and other residue off of them that will be touching your skin while you sleep. This can be a major cause of skin problems including oil and acne so be sure you don’t use the same ones for longer than 3 months.
