Follow these 5 simple diet changes, and see weight drop off quick!

1. Replace all your sugar when you can with SPLENDA! From my experience, it tastes just as good, and has zero calories. It can be added to coffee, baking, whatever! Sugar is the worst.

2. Replace your butter with margarine, light margarine if you can. Butter has so much fat, and one small teaspoon is over 100 calories!!! In my experience, I Cant Believe It's Not Butter is just as good.

3. This is simple- drink more water! It really helps your body lose weight by flushing our toxins. If you're hungry, try chugging a glass of water first. Surprisingly, Hunger is the first sign of dehydration! Plus drinking all your calories is stupid, and water is 0 calories!

4. Skip the fancy drinks!! This was a big thing for me, I was drinking a fancy starbucks coffee everyday, which clocked in at around 300 calories!! Lots of starbucks drinks also come "light" which is around half the calories or less, depending on what you order. They are just as good IMO!

5. Buy everything "light" if you can. I now buy light sour cream, skim milk, light tomato sauce, light plum sauce, light salad dressing, light mayo- etc. Helps cut calories and is usually healthier for you!
