No sew clutch!
No sew clutch!
What you will need: - a place mat you find from the dollar store, department store, where ever! , a belt that goes well with the mat to make the clutch, fabric glue or super glue, whole puncher, scissors, and clothes pins
First off find a placemat and belt that match and go well together for a clutch. Maybe pick colours that will match well to the outfits in your closet so you can get a lot of use out of it or just make tons of these because they are super easy to make!

Next fold placemat over while leaving about a 4 inch top to fold over the top of the opening of your clutch. After this glue the sides together and keep it down by putting clothes pins along the sides. Keep pins on until the glue drys and then remove pins.

Next fold belt around your clutch and decide where to cut the belt to fit snug around the clutch. After this use your whole punch to punch 2 wholes in belt to close clutch. The first whole for an almost empty clutch and the next whole for when the clutch is almost full with room to grow .

You don't have to punch two holes, I did three to have different snug settings depending on how many items I have in it.

Next glue the belt to the clutch. You only have to glue the belt to the back side of the clutch as the front is just the buckle side . When the glue is on and belt is down put something heavy down on belt to hold it down and let glue harden.
