Think local: have your elf bring a toy from the North Pole to toys for tots.

Think Global: look into Samaritans Purse. They have a shoebox drive each year and send hygiene products and candy to needle children all over the world.

Think random: random acts of kindness can be fun.

Think of others: pose your elf with stationary and a note about the meaning of kindness. Have them write a holiday letter of kindness for a loved one.

Think of helping: there are homeless shelters, good banks, and soup kitchens in very city. Pose elf with note on doing something nice for them.
