Primer, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, etc... Remove all of it with Vaseline. Not only is it a great makeup remover but your skin will thank you in 20 years.
Slap some on.. Remember a little goes a long way!
You might look like you got punched in the eye but rub in small circles to remove all the mascara and gunk!
Wipe off and voilà! .... Nothing left
After 40 years of doing this my mom swears by it and her eyes are there to prove.
