Vegan Breakfast Ideas
❖ Banana and Peanut Butter ⇢ 1 banana ⇢ 2 Tbsp peanut butter Dip or spread the peanut butter on the banana. Pretty self-explanatory. (You can also replace the banana with an apple, but I use a banana because I have braces.) ❖
❖ Berry Blast Bowl ⇢ blackberries ⇢ raspberries ⇢ blueberries ⇢ strawberries ⇢ flax and/or chia seeds (optional) Put the berries in the bowl. If you'd like, mix in the flax or chia seeds. ❖
❖ Vanilla Oatmeal ⇢ oats ⇢ boiling water ⇢ vanilla almond or coconut milk Make the oatmeal. Scoop some into a bowl and serve with almond or coconut milk. ❖
