Vegan Chocolate Brownie: 2 Cups whole wheat Flour 1 1/2 Cups Organic Date Sugar 1 Cup Organic Brown Sugar or truvia brown sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Himalayan Salt 1tsp Vanilla Extract 1Tbs Balsamic Vinegar 1Tbs Ground Flax Seed 3/4 Cup Almond Milk or water 1 Cup oil or 3/4 cup blended black beans or 3/4 cup mashed avocado 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce 3/4 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Bake @ 325 F for 35-40 minutes
Whole wheat flour guarantees you are getting essential nutrients that would be left out, even with "enriched" wheat flour.
