Vegan Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

I made these the other day, and they were delicious, but they seemed more like granola cookies to me. But they were super easy to make and I ended up putting a crumbly one on my yogurt. But, I just want to warn you that the DO turn out like granola cookies — which is not necessarily a bad thing. 🍪
