It might seem like the impossible task, but once your in the know you'll be toned and flat in no time! There's 5 major steps to follow... 1-SUPER SPEEDY FOOD -super speedy foods will encourage quick but healthy weight loss, fruits such as berries or pears...take a look at the slimming world website for a list of super speed foods to set you on your way! 2-WORK OUT -don't be brought down by the thought of working super hard to reach YOUR goal...10 minutes each day could be the difference between self confidence & self loathing: 30 sit ups, 15 second plank(x2) & 20 wide leg twist stretches

3-WATER -how will you ever reach your goal weight if your always hungry & dehydrated? Drinking plenty of water will make you feel more full than normal & ensure you have plenty of fluid to keep you healthy! NO SUGARY DRINKS! 4-MEAL PLAN -don't ever miss breakfast, it seems silly, but the more you eat on a morning, the more likely you are to lose weight. A medium bowl of cereal followed by a banana/fruit is the best meal of the day...have a small salad or 'speed food' based meal at noon, then id suggest a protein filled chicken breast with veg/similar meal for tea, oh & snack on fruit!!!
