Want A Flatter Tummy? Try This!

Heard of crunches? And sit ups? And other ab excercise ?
WELL YOU CAN JUST FORGET THEM! All they do is work your ab muscles they don't actually help much with getting rid of fat. It takes a while.
What you gotta do now are Ab Squeezes! I've done these myself and tested it to make sure I'm not spreading false hope.

Step one: INHALE! Take a deep breathe and stretch out those ab muscles.

Step two: EXHALE! But as you exhale your going to suck in your tummy and tighten it. You wanna feel like your ribs are closing in. Your basically trying to make your belly button touch your spine as your sucking in and holding it tight.
But as your holding it DONT BREATHE IN. Hold it for 3-6 seconds or as long as you can. Then repeat at least three times. You can do this as many times a day as you want. (I don't recommend after you've eaten)
I promise that if you keep up with this easy trick you will see results in 7 days! And if you can't see it. Your clothes definitely will!
