1) Cut a washed Cauliflower head into small chunks
2) put in a food processor and slowly pulse up until it reaches a grainy rice like texture
3) heat up some avocado oil (best option), olive oil or any other oil of choice such as sesame oil in a pan.
4) throw in riced cauliflower and stir...

Add spices,
When browned to your liking, (I like it darker) remove from pan.
Use as a great side dish instead of rice or potato! In this example I paired it with sweet and sour meat balls, however be free to get creative!
You could even roast some veggies/onions and mix it into the cauliflower rice
