I've completed this 30 day challenge and throughout my experience, thighs is the hardest place to shred off! Within the 30 days, I've seen so much improvement but yet still have more to go to achieve my goal. 💪 I'm continuing this challenge a little further, with heavier weights and added more numbers per set. I've printed this off, and pasted it on my board so I don't skip a day of it besides rest day. That's one way to stay committed. One things for sure don't stop even when you've reached your goal. Do it to be fit, not skinny. 💋 #followme
