Ingredients: 1 banana 4 strawberrys 1 kiwi 1 orange 4/5 grapes And any yogurt of your choice. I choose vanilla for my smoothie, drink this every morning and it will you give you the energy you need throughout the day and you will have already eaten your five a day! And also if you drink it every morning for at least 4 weeks you should loose a good few pounds I lost 10! but I also had a bit of a healthy diet too! Go on try it&dont forgot to like this:-)
