This is the Tropical Morning Smoothie! It is a great drink to add to your morning routine in order to achieve your weight loss goals!
You will need....

6 ounces of plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 frozen banana (chopped)

2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed

Blend and enjoy!
