Weight Loss Tips. Get Skinny The Healthy Way
The first thing I would like to say is YOUR WEIGHT DOES NOT DEFINE YOU. Everybody is beautiful in their own way....but if you're looking to knock off some of those extra pounds follow the tips provided.
1. EAT BREAKFAST. •Not eating breakfast slows your metabolism making it harder to burn what you've consumed the previous day. •I recommend a high protein low calorie breakfast such as yogurt or a protein bar/shake •Drink cold water with breakfast. Not only is it zero calories but its also proven to help you feel awake
2.LUNCH •eat one thing with a decent amount of both calories (150+) and protein •eat fruits/veggies they're so low in calories you burn them off just chewing them •water. Always drink water.
3.SNACKS. •We all know the feeling of a craving. You just got home from school/work and the first thing you wanna do is sit down and eat something salty or sweet. DONT. •Walk to the fridge/sink and grab a glass of water. Drink the entire glass and wait 10 minutes. Chances are you weren't even hungry in the first place. •If you do feel hungry after the glass of water make a healthy choice for your snack. Grab some strawberries, an apple, some celery. Something that wont damage the diet.
4.DINNER •Try to avoid fast foods and anything you can see the grease dripping off of. Dinner is the last meal your going to eat and its going to be sitting in your stomach over night. •Only eat one serving size and take a sip of water between every few bites. You'll feel "full" so much faster.

5.EXERCISE •Make it fun. You dont have to run until you puke or anything. Try to find fun ways around the community to exercise. Join a Zumba class. (Studies show that when you exercise with other people you tend to go longer) •Before bed. If you exercise for a solid 30 minutes before you go to sleep it speeds your metabolism up and helps you burn a little extra while you sleep. These are all my tips.
