up to you and your current diet. Make sure it's healthy. Maybe a bowl of low sugar and low fat cereal and whole milk, or a nice bowl of Greek yogurt. Up to you.
After you've had your breakfast, you can start getting ready for the day. Even if you don't wear makeup, it's a good idea to cleanse your face with a light cleanser and warm water. Using a cleanser removes oil from your face that built up as you slept.
