Zones 1&3 : Digestion. Try drinking more water and in taking more "whole" foods Zone 2 : Liver. Avoid eating late at night and alcohol and dairy products. Zone 4&10 : Kidneys. Cut down on the caffeine. Zone 5&9 : Respiratory. Cut out the smoking and start a antihistamine regimen.
Zone 6&8 : kidneys. Drink more water and streamline your digestion. Zone 7 : heart. Blood Pressure may be too high. Zone 12 : Stomach. Consider a detox or add more fiber to your diet. Zone 11&13 : Hormones. drink more water and add dark leafy greens to your diet. Also can be a sign of ovulation.
Zone 14 : Illness. Could be a sign if your body trying to fight off an infection. Drink plenty of fluids and drink up!
