When the weather if freezing, the flesh feels flaky! To get rid of that dry layer of skin, use a foaming cleanser or something with micro beads.
2. Tea tree toner

I swear by this toner! With a cotton ball I just go around my fresh face with this toner. I removes dirt/oil trapped in your pores and retains moisture, while not turning you into a grease fest.
3. Moisturize

.. Coconut oil if you have to!

You need to help your face suck in that moisture! Coconut oil or the Aveeno Positively Radiant moisturizer are both emollient so your foundation will stick to your face (even in this wind). Remember your SPF though, because the sun never takes a break! (Coconut oil is magic. It removes wrinkles and acne.)
4. Lip balm

5. Wait 5-10 minutes after you moisturize. This will give time for the lotion to soak into your skin, instead of getting mixed into your foundation when you blend it.

6. Primer
6. Primer
A primer is optional- typically best for those with oily skin. If you have big pores or wrinkles, primer fills them in. It helps foundation glide on, but other say it doesn't last as long with primer. It's really up to you.
7. Conceal, contour, highlight. (Ps- this whole palette is from Amazon for $3. See my tip "Amazon Steals")

Here's a basic contour routine that's easy to follow. Creams are better in the cold because they don't dry out like powder contours do.

10. Set with a little loose powder. Loose powder is better in the winter than compact powder because it's less cakey and holds the foundation down more naturally.

Too faced lashgasm is great for lower lashes because of it's small wand and non-clump formula. (I have no idea why these mascara names are so sexual)
