Have curtains that let natural light in. The morning sun shining through will help you wake up even without an alarm clock!

Keep your bedroom clean and organized to help you sleep better.

Move your alarm clock across the room.
You'll have to get up to turn in off. Make sure you don't lay back down once you are up!

Sleep at a decent hour. Make sure you get at least 6-8 hours of sleep a night. Being well rested will make it easier to wake up on time!

Make your lunch the night before.

Keep a regular sleep schedule. Make sure you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning. Even on the weekends!

Have a small nighttime snack about an hour before bed. Something light that won't leave your tummy growling when you are in bed.

Have chamomile tea or sleepy time tea a half hour before bed. It will help relax you after a hectic day. Don't add anything to it.

Keep the temperature in your bedroom not too hot or too cold. People normally sleep better when it's a little colder than hot.

Splash your face with cold water as soon as you wake up! It will help wake you up.

Have your coffee partially ready before bed so all you have to do in the morning is push "ON"

Do 10-15 minutes of yoga in the morning.

Go for a quick morning walk. Just a 5-10 minute walk/jog can help wake you up for the day!

Do the most important things earlier in the day.

Have a large glass of water when you wake up.
